Our supported employment and education programmes for those with learning difficulties are tailored to provide practical experience, skill development and career guidance: · Customised learning plans: Each participant is provided with a personalised learning plan that caters to their specific needs and abilities, ensuring a comfortable and effective learning space. · Mentorship and support: We assign dedicated mentors to each student, offering continuous support, guidance and encouragement throughout their placement. · Hands-on experience: Our programmes emphasise practical, hands-on experience, allowing students to work on real-world projects and develop their skills in a meaningful context. · Soft skills development: In addition to vocational training, we focus on enhancing essential soft skills such as communication, teamwork and problem-solving, which are crucial for success in any professional environment. · Career pathways: We assist students in exploring various career pathways, helping them identify and pursue their interests and strengths.
