Creating opportunities for neurodivergent individuals to gain worthwhile and meaningful employment by delivering support programmes to those with learning disadvantages, their schools and colleges, and potential employers. Every person deserves equal opportunities, but many with learning difficulties face unnecessary barriers in accessing education and employment.
