In partnership with our sister brands, Portico and Benugo, we were excited to host our first Enlight meeting. Enlight is our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee, and we’re proud to take this important step towards fostering a more inclusive workplace at Searcys. The committee is made up of sub-groups dedicated to Race and Ethnicity, LGBTQIA , Gender Equality, and Neurodiversity, each working to ensure everyone feels represented and valued. Our goal is to create an environment where all team members can thrive. This month, Searcys hosted our second Innovation showcase of the year at One Moorgate Place. In a day full of innovation, teams across Searcys and our wonderful partners presented new menus, drinks and ideas they have been developing over the months. Searcys were also treated to a panel discussion from keynote speakers Fiona from London Convention Bureau and Katie Kirwan (Nee Houghton) from DesignMyNight, who provided their insights and thoughts on trends in London’s hospitality scene, innovative dining concepts that are emerging and how they keep up which such a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry. What an event! We were honoured to support Only A Pavement Away this week for their 5th Cook & Dine event at Searcys venue The HAC ✨ The team at Only a Pavement Away hosted an impressive lunch for 350 guests, where they raised an incredible amount of money to help people find stability through employment. Searcys are a proud funding partner, and work with the charity year-round to provide individuals with a supportive environment and the stability they need to rebuild their lives through rewarding careers.

Yesterday, we hosted our annual Long Service Awards at Searcys events venue The View at The Royal College of Surgeons. We are so proud to recognise 49 of our brilliant team members who have contributed an astonishing combined total of 485 years of service, ranging from 5 to 40 years. As a small token of our gratitude, we presented them with special gifts, including extra loyalty days to extend their benefits, carefully selected champagne and gin sets, exclusive dining experiences, gift vouchers and bespoke loyalty pins.
