HOW DOES IT WORK & WHAT IS THE PROCESS? 1️⃣YOU BRIEF As a corporate event planner, you would send us a brief stating your event requirements – date/s, event type, preferred city, preferred set up (theatre, cabaret etc) and any ‘must haves’ or ‘no-gos’. Using details from your brief, we then pack it out with some venue lingo and send this to venues/hotels that we believe would be suitable for your event. 2️⃣WE COLLATE & NEGOTIATE Once we have received proposals from multiple hotels and venues, we sift through the information and negotiate on the terms/rates they have given, in order to best suit your brief and/or budget. Our sole purpose is to save you time, money and key resources by collating dates and rates from suitable venues and compiling them into a proposal to compare with ease. Which leads us on to….. 3️⃣WE PROPOSE We cut the noise from venue proposals and put it into one document with 3-5 options for you to compare with ease. Well…. What a day that was! ⭐️ Very proud of have joined a number of Simplyhealth colleagues at our Health Plan Evolution event yesterday. 🌎 We shared an exclusive first look into our new proposition, product builds, and why we’re delivering world-leading service to our customers, with a selection of our intermediaries. Lastly, we were joined by fitness and nutrition phenomenon Joe Wicks who gave a fantastic keynote speech and fireside chat with Claudia Nicholls-Magielsen about all things health, the role of employers, and barriers to achieving a healthier UK. 🍏 The venue, the story, the energy - everything came together brilliantly. A huge well done and thank you to our speakers, everyone who helped to plan and deliver the event, and those who helped to produce creative materials behind the scenes. 🙌 More to come as we share the content and video footage from the day.
