Earlier this Summer, and following the launch of our Singapore office (headed by Marina Sherer) in 2023, we had the pleasure of presenting on claims to some of our important broker partners in the APAC market. Ryan Transactional Risk is very pleased to have closely worked with Howden M&A in successfully resolving a warranty and indemnity insurance claim resulting in a payment of circa $13 million. The insured’s creditors were delighted with the outcome, with their lawyer commenting that “the expertise and proactive approach of Ryan Transactional Risk were instrumental in reaching the settlement... Furthermore, Ryan Transactional Risk’s pragmatism contributed to the successful outcome of the matter and it was a pleasure working with such a dedicated team”.
