Take a look at our latest project completion in the thriving heart of the West End 👇 Set inside a stunning Grade II listed building in Covent Garden, the Landlord came to HOP for help in elevating their Cat A space to match the building exterior and prestigious location. Across the 3,300 sq ft floor, we incorporated a bold colour scheme to celebrate the local area. Rich colours and materials such as velvets and shades of reds and greens feature throughout, all synonymous with the historic Covent Garden Market and Piazza area. We also designed around and maintained the existing services and coving, working in harmony with the building to minimise modifications and retain its character. The result is an elevated fitted office floor that is ready to move into. Offering amazing views of Covent Garden and a variety of work environments including meeting rooms, open plan desking, focus booths and a lounge area, the space beautifully incorporates local influence while being ready for a tenant to make their own. On Friday, a contingent from RX London attended the Springwest Academy Year 10 Interview Day. The team interviewed aspiring apprenticeship and 6th Form applicants ahead of the real thing, whilst also discussing the commercial real estate sector and potential careers.
