#WorldHabitatDay is a good time to pause and reflect on how the decisions we make as individuals can impact animals both now and in future 🔮 Eco carnage is what we could expect if we don't tackle climate change and prevent harm to people and animals. Join us in wishing Mia a happy 5th birthday! 🎉 Today, this special and intelligent girl is being spoiled at RSPCA Southridge, just as she should be. Having come into our care at just 9 days old, she's never had a birthday with a family to call her own. She's overcome so much and deserves a family who will dote upon her forevermore. Could you make her birthday wish come true? Apply to adopt her this #Adoptober: https://bit.ly/3XU34ki Please repost and make this her last birthday in care 🔁

When our founders got together in a coffee shop 200 years ago, they sparked a global movement which led to SPCAs across the world being founded. On #WorldAnimalDay, we're celebrating the incredible impact SPCAs have worldwide for every kind, including our good friends at RSPCA Australia 🐨 Keep up the amazing work, everyone!

Did you know that bees can learn complex tasks by observing each other and solve puzzles they couldn’t figure out on their own? 🐝 Animals have incredible learning and problem-solving abilities and even the smallest of creatures deserve our compassion and kindness. Join us and our friends at World Federation for Animals this #WorldAnimalDay to celebrate every kind, and learn more about #AwesomeAnimals: https://bit.ly/4euwX1z

These three seal pups came into our care after being found on a beach, with open wounds and in desperate need of urgent care. They soon became best friends at RSPCA West Hatch Wildlife, where our dedicated team nursed them back to health before their release 🌊 This #GiftAidAwarenessDay, you can help us be there for more animals like Passendale, Babybel and Feta by opting in to Gift Aid, which increases your donations by 25% at no extra cost to you. For example, that's 25% more fish for the seals in our care! #TickTheBox today: https://bit.ly/3ZKojaD

As part of our 200th spotlights, meet Phil, RSPCA Birmingham's volunteer dog walker of 25 years 🤩 Walking ten dogs a day, he travels miles and has met thousands of dogs over the years. He says: "It’s very satisfying getting to know and help the dogs in our care, most of whom have been either neglected or badly treated. It’s wonderful to see how they develop once they realise they are now safe and well cared for, then to see them off to their new homes - though often with a tinge of regret at having to say goodbye. The staff are all very dedicated, friendly, helpful and appreciative of the help given by us volunteers. I just love it." Thank you so much for everything you do to help our amazing animals overcome their awful pasts and regain their faith in humans, Phil!
