To commemorate this year's R U OK? Day, our Australian teams participated in various activities to celebrate the initiative. Our mental health first aiders delivered speeches in each region, highlighting the significance of the day and the available resources for our staff. Each office also organised enjoyable initiatives such as breakfast spreads, 'kitkat and a chat', colouring sessions for relaxation, bake offs, and even had our very own therapy dog in Perth, thanks to our senior director's thoughtful contribution. We were fortunate to collaborate with mindfulness expert, Tal Rafel from Mindful Living Co, who provided valuable tips on managing stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges to each office. The session also focused on helping industry leaders and managers become more aware of how they listen and support their teams. Remember to take a moment to ask our colleagues, friends, and loved ones, "R U OK?" beyond today.
