Insights from the inaugural Global Talent Leaders Summit! While last week may have seemed all about RecFest UK, we did in fact host another exciting event, the first Global Talent Leaders - Enterprise Summit! Set in the stunning Farmhouse at Redcoats, global TA leaders gathered last Wednesday for a day of learning and connecting. The agenda was packed with enlightening sessions from top industry leaders, including Elise Hunt, who, following on for her incredible Resourcing Leaders Summit debut earlier this year, shared her learnings from implementing a global change program. This led on to Rhys Maddocks imparting Hire Intelligence’s valuable best practices around the optimisation of digital recruitment marketing at scale, with Tush Wijeratne's rounding the morning off nicely with an innovative and interactive Dragons Den approach to agile methodology for workforce planning .  After lunch, Jon Stanners 👶🏼 💭 shared his helpful perspectives on AI integration in recruitment, which also featured a cameo appearance and pearls of wisdom from everyone’s favourite disruptors, Chad Sowash, and Joel Cheesman. The day came to a close with Theresa O'Brien leading a discussion on skills-based hiring, finishing up with a delightful dinner and even the Euros semi-finals during dessert! A winning day all round, and we can’t wait for the next one!
