Last week, we welcomed another group of bright young minds from Snowsfield Primary School to our London Bridge facility. This visit builds on our ongoing collaboration, which started with the donation of STEM books last year to renew their library. This initiative continues to inspire the next generation of scientists. During their visit, the students took part in interactive mock screenings, learning about clinical observations like heart signal measurements, and deciding if our volunteer patients were more snowman or gingerbread person! Our Director of Clinical Operations, Samarjit Singh, along with our wonderful volunteers including — Kejdi Kola, Abhishek NA, Dr Edward Shelley, Kathy Connolly, Derrick Phillips, Anna Visipkova, Lauren Smit and James Rickard— all helped make the experience fun and educational. The children's feedback was overwhelmingly positive—they loved the clinical tests and the machines. We are excited to see this partnership continue to grow and look forward to welcoming even more future STEM leaders to Richmond Pharmacology! 🧪📚 #STEMEducation #InspireNextGen #community #LondonBridge #SnowsfieldPrimarySchool

🌟 Giving Blood Saves Lives: Richmond Pharmacology's Blood Donation Day 🌟 We are proud to share that Richmond Pharmacology organised a Blood Donation Day on the 12th and 13th of September at Westfield Stratford City Donor Centre. Considering the NHS appeal for blood donations due to historically low blood stocks, our incredible team stepped up to make a difference in our community. 🙌 A special thank you goes to the following colleagues who donated their time (and blood!) to support this cause: 🩸 Catherine Mazzi 🩸 James Rickard 🩸 Sotunde Olasubomi 🩸 Eleanor Wright 🩸 Olivia Clarke 🩸 Nabihah Jaigirdar 🩸 Ann-Eneli Allas 🩸 YUNG-LAN (Annie) SU By giving blood, they’ve contributed to saving lives and helped replenish vital blood stocks for those in need. Let’s continue to build on this spirit of giving and encourage others to donate. Together, we can make a lasting impact. 💪❤️ 📸 Check out some great photos from the event Want to get involved? You can still support blood donation efforts by visiting the NHS Blood Donation page: https://www.blood.co.uk/ #BloodDonation #RichmondPharmacology #GivingBack #CommunityImpact #NHS #GiveBloodSaveLives #SocialValue

Breaking New Ground in Heart Failure Treatment ❤️🏥 At Richmond Pharmacology, we’re proud to have conducted a pioneering trial of an oligonucleotide-based drug, CDR132L, in heart failure patients at our London facility. This first-in-class treatment showed remarkable potential to halt and even reverse myocardial infarction and heart failure by targeting and blocking key regulatory RNA. 💉 The promising results suggest this innovative technique could also pave the way for treating other complex diseases. Swipe to learn more about this groundbreaking trial! 👉 #HeartHealth #ClinicalTrials #MedicalInnovation #RichmondPharmacology #HeartFailure #MedicalBreakthrough #FutureOfMedicine #Cardiology
