We're pleased to announce that we have received approval to start building our fourth Thrive Living community in West Malling! In partnership with Virgin Money’s Health and Social Care Team, we have secured a £37 million development facility to partially finance this project. Construction is set to begin shortly with plans to open the new integrated retirement community in Summer 2026. Thrive Living communities are strategically located at the heart of towns and or near existing neighbourhoods. With easy access to local amenities and outstanding onsite facilities—such as ground maintenance, a restaurant, and a wellness centre—each community is designed to support an active, independent lifestyle in a safe and sociable environment. Moreover, each Thrive Living community will also achieve whole life net-zero carbon status, as we lead the way with our sustainability strategy in the sector.
