Well this was a nice insight I saw yesterday 📈 2X turnover in the 1st 4 months of this year compared to the whole of last year If we stay on this trajectory that would be 600% YoY This growth means: 1) More sites de-risked and unlocked 2) More clients supported with risk data early 3) More projects for high-quality SME surveyors 4) Unlocking client capacity for them to do more Lovely news but its important to go back to why we built RenKap - to help unlock (de-risk) land and get more homes built Recently, clients have been using our platform for more than just residential so it might be time for our mission to change. Point 1 allows us to understand if there are any tweaks we should make in our copy or in our UX to streamline and simplify further. We can't keep up with all these RIBA CPD requests 🥵 Time for a new strategy... Last year we launched our RIBA accreddited CPD learning sessions titled: "Site Survey: Best Practice Guide - How to manage site surveys and keep your client's projects on track" It became a little too popular and we were conducting anywhere between 25-40 individual CPD sessions per month which was very challenging with a small team.
