This month, we are making every step count! 👟 Our colleagues across the globe are now in full swing of our annual Step-Up Challenge. Every mile walked throughout September is money raised for Wine To Water. This incredible non-profit organisation is helping to make a positive impact on communities by providing access to fresh drinking water. 🌐💦 At RWC, part of our mission is to support global communities that have the greatest need for safe clean water, that's why our people are stepping up for a great cause and going the extra mile!  Good luck everyone! 👏

Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Day for 2024 was a hit! 🤝 We value diversity and inclusion every day, and on Tuesday 17 September we took a moment to appreciate our differences and how we all contribute. 🌟 In the EMEA region, we took part in a webinar on the value of neurodiversity in the workplace. We were thrilled with the turnout across all our sites in the UK and Europe! 🌐 We also set up Art Stations in break rooms as another way people could creatively express themselves. They’ve been so popular we've kept them up a few days longer.
