The real-time impact of REKKI Connect on our suppliers, regardless of size. ⚡️
Suppliers were not created equal (part 2) Contrast the actual results from a small and a large fresh produce supplier using REKKI connect to automate their order processing. The large supplier operates nationwide ($100-500m annual revenue) and the small supplier is largely local with some specialty products ($10-20m annual). A large supplier will naturally have: - More products/pack sizes/SKUs - More multi site customers with special requests - Larger customers that take longer to cycle through their full product range. - More order processing staff with tribal knowledge to 'download' into the system. Both suppliers reach 90-95% automation within the first 4 months and the smaller supplier achieves 90% within 2 months. Same conclusion, but slightly longer to learn when the supplier customer base is larger and/or the catalogue is larger. In terms of impact on the organisation, what we see is that both small and large supplier extract immense value from the system. In a smaller organisation, the impact is felt quicker, team is freed up to do other tasks (like customer care). In a larger org, it takes a bit longer to reach close to full automation but savings can reach thousands of hours saved every month.
