One of our employee and CSR initiatives at re:act in re:act Giving allows us to support a plethora of charities over the year with pro bono campaigns; giving back to them and raising awareness / vital funds for the chosen charity. Pamela Annabel Uddin and I are always extremely proud to support this on a quarterly basis, the overall initiative organised and structured by Andrea Liew internally. Each charity is one that is linked closely to one of our team members - Ram put forward Adoption UK for Q2 and we loved creating and supporting their recent Brew and Natter campaign across Meta - reaching 100k ‘Bullseye’ consumers through compelling assets. Members of the team from across the agency had a great time at their annual fundraiser on Wednesday, thank you Adoption UK for putting on a cracking evening over at Drapers Hall. THE CRYSTAL CELEBRATIONS BEGIN 💎 💎 Over the weekend, Team re:act successfully installed our OOH Capsule with Medik8 at their first stop of the UK tour that will be encouraging consumers to sample their Deluxe versions of Crystal Retinal 3 and 6 across the country. For the last few months, the team have been working closely with both the Global and Local Teams at Medik8 to bring this immersive experience to life. The brief was to launch an out-of-home experience in celebration of Medik8’s Crystal Retinal Serum with a pop-up in two iconic locations across the UK. We have now started at Battersea Power Station and then next weekend in Manchester Arndale – if you are in the area next weekend (13th-14th July), drop in to get your deluxe sample! Working meticulously with the team, we designed and managed the final Capsule with our in-house production capabilities to meet Medik8’s specific requirements and to ensure that the purpose of the experience brought the iconic Crystal Retinal to life with a futuristic, and interactive capsule. With sampling on the ground targeting their Bullseye consumer – the Capsule brought on and offline excitement. We are really proud of how the result turned out (some shots / videos of how it looked in the attached). A huge Well Done to Team Medik8 within the re:act team - Pamela , Emma , Lucie , Gem , Anuradha , Jada , Henna , Emma , Tom , Ram , Marcus , Bianca and Simon for all of your hard work on this project 🫡 And a huge thank you to the clients over at Medik8 that were super supportive across the projects in the last x5 months - Laura , Holly , Heather , Imogen , Ciara , Sidra , Amy , Robyn and Rob . Not only did the team here at re:act work on this OOH experience, but we have also landed the Global social assets to go alongside the launch ( @officialmedik8 ) which also started to go live on Friday last week. We worked across different mediums utilising in house photo and video studio , in house post production and CGI capabilities to bring the campaign to life. These assets have been shot using our in-house production studio alongside our social experts to create digital-first content that will cut through.. globally! As we always say, teamwork truly can make the dream work and for this project, that has never been truer. 🤝 Huge well done to all our fantastic team for their hard work and dedication. As The Labour Party prepares to take power for the first time in a generation, the #marketing industry is looking towards the future. But what's likely to be in store for the next five years? And what does the marketing sector need to see change in that time? Will Starmer's #government put creativity back at the forefront of the British economy? And what about #advertising regulations, #AI guidelines and everything else that forms the vast marketing landscape in the UK? Following the confirmation of the result in the early hours of this morning, the great and the good of the marketing industry have already had their say... https://lnkd.in/eyb6R-CB With comment from: Advertising Association Stephen Woodford, BBD Perfect Storm | a B-Corporation Tony Quinn, IAB Christie Dennehy-Neil, Shape History Lewis Parker, The Great Pitch Company Marcus Elliott Brown, THE STUDIO OF ART & COMMERCE LTD Heide Cohu, Rehab Callum Gill, CTI Digital Chris Woodward, Total Media Thomas Laranjo, IMA Alex Uprichard, Paul Bainsfair IPA (Institute of Practitioners in Advertising), ISBA Phil Smith, re:act Tom Stone

24Hr Active and FRESH. 🚀   Q4 2023 and then Q1 work from us here at re:act as we integrated Split Image included another TVC delivery from the wonderful team at Batiste ( Church & Dwight Co., Inc. ).   Landing the new brilliant Active SKU (the first ever dry shampoo that is SWEAT activated) and Fresh (TOUCH activated) was always going to be a lot of fun.   We started with our understanding of the consumer - the way in which she wants to bring the product into her life in her day.   This product demands pace and demands active moments. So we delivered.   Weeks of dance routines and multiple sets encompassing natural light and depth allowed us to bring to life the TVC that has been played out globally.   And most importantly, the results have delivered.   A huge well done to all of the re:act internal team who continue to push boundaries for our Batiste client on a daily basis - Pamela Emma Gem Simon Georgina Bianca Amelia Milly Andrea Henna Jada Anuradha Nick Tom and Emma .   Delivering a project requires teamwork and this was delivered in abundance.   Last but by no means least, a massive Thank You to the Batiste Brand Team who trust us and have always allowed us the opportunities and given us the space and confidence to deliver over the years. We're immensely proud of Managing Partner's Pamela Annabel Uddin article that has gone live today in Management Today on why organisations need to stop seeing diversity as a box-ticking exercise. We currently have 20% staff who are neurodivergent and our current ethnic minority team members total 30% in the agency too, so the data really speaks volumes here at re:act. We see it as a major differentiator here vs other agencies, it allows us to truly create more rounded content, campaigns and work for our clients. Pamela is a MT 35 Women Under 35 alumna and is dyslexic and proudly has a stammer too, in the below article she describes how diversity is brought the way into our hiring process and beyond. #Teamreact #Neurodivergent #Diversity
