🌐 AI, Fintech, and Crime 🌐 I was delighted to present at CyberWeek's main plenary about "The Dark Side of AI". It was such an honor to share the main plenary stage alongside prominent industry leaders such as Former Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, Director General of Israel National Cyber Directorate Gaby Portnoy, Prof. בן-ישראל Ben-Israel איציק Isaac, Executive Director of the Blavatnik ICRC Gili Drob - Heistein, Founder of CyberArk Udi Mokady and many other leaders. I discussed how Fintech companies harness AI to reduce fraud and improve compliance, how criminals leverage AI to conduct sophisticated crimes, how law enforcement agencies utilize AI to enhance and expedite investigations, and what unique challenges they encounter. I shared insights from my own experience with AI - both success stories and mistakes... I also discussed whether AI can identify AI-generated fraud and the challenges surrounding it. Finally, I shared thoughts on what policymakers can and should do to efficiently address these challenges and opportunities.
