More than one-in-10 UK supermarkets now offer EV charging. ⚡️ We partnered with Zapmap to analyse the recent ‘surge’ in charging facilities by supermarkets nationwide. In 2023, the total number of stores offering EV charge points rose by 59%, while rapid and ultra-rapid chargers increased by 145% in 2022. The increase is very positive news for the EV market, as alongside Quentin Willson’s FairCharge campaign, it helps ease concerns about charging availability.
