The global memory chip market is expected to be worth approximately $320 billion by 2030, with memory demands expected to increase exponentially as #AI and next-gen compute, including #quantum, continue to evolve and scale. With a new project funded by a grant from Innovate UK, IQE is at the forefront of the innovations to support this massive, anticipated growth.     In collaboration with Lancaster University, Lancaster spinout QuInAs-ULTRARAM™ ~ Memory for Future Compute/AI/Aerospace and Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, IQE is helping to begin the process of bringing the innovative universal computer memory ULTRARAM™ to a foundry.     ULTRARAM™ is as fast as RAM and can store data for more than 1,000 years.
