Last week, the Protagoras team celebrated together at our annual summer party! 🌞   The day kicked off with our quarterly company meeting, where we reflected on the progress we have made over the last three months and discussed exciting plans for Q3 and beyond. It was also a great chance to highlight some of the incredible work being done by our project teams.   After the meeting, we played a series of fun team games in the office, before heading to a boat on the river to enjoy a well-earned evening of food and drinks while watching the sunset.   Thank you to our social committee for organising such a memorable day, and to all the team for their dedication and hard work throughout the year. Yesterday we celebrated Protagoras’ fifth birthday! To mark the occasion, we took a moment as a team to reflect on some of the things we are most grateful for. Medical Scientific Liaisons (MSLs) are an essential strategic resource for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) increasingly turning to them for their scientific expertise. Pharmaceutical companies must ensure that their teams are fully equipped to deal with this increase in demand. To account for this, MSL headcounts have grown by ~300% since 2010. However, beyond larger team sizes, there is still room for improvement in ensuring MSLs have the support and materials they need to effectively carry out their impactful work. Another month, another #MAPS in Madrid #MAPSEMEA2024. Great to see the European MAPS community growing in line with the US and able to showcase more of the talent we have this side of the Atlantic!
