Who else can't believe we're in July already?! Entering the second half of the year is a great time to stop and reflect on the last quarter. ✨ 2024 has been a pinnacle year for Programme One as we grow and expand in our mission to break down the barriers within recruitment. See below for our highlights over the last quarter: ⭐ Atta and Jasmine collectively made 9 office visits across all of our 18 partner agencies 🏢 ⭐ We made 5 new placements over the last quarter - meaning we have now supported over 60 candidates in their roles! ⭐ Jasmine took a visit to HMP Thameside to give a group of inmates an introduction to recruitment 🎓 ⭐ We launched our 12-month mentoring scheme across our partner agencies to encourage learning and development in a safe environment to help people from underrepresented groups feel valued and welcome 🧡 ⭐ Commemorated Black Inclusion Week with the help of our partner agencies!
