Advanced AI simulations that prepare leaders for the challenges of a complex world

About us

Leaders facing new and increasingly complex challenges urgently need to develop a new and expanded skillset. Prendo's pioneering AI-based simulations provide accelerated and immersive experiences that develop these skills, quickly and effectively. If you want your people to develop their leadership skills, Prendo offers the chance for them to do so now, in realistic and risk-free practice grounds. Prendo's simulations cover a wide range of leadership challenges and skill areas: engaging stakeholders, leading change and transformation, managing crisis scenarios, making innovation happen, leading responsibility and sustainability, managing projects, developing a communication strategy and decision making in complexity. How does it work? We support simulation workshops that can be run in-person or online, for a broad range of class sizes, in a variety of time formats. A certified facilitator debriefs the simulation experience and in most cases, also introduces the workshop and supports participants in their teams during the simulation. Prendo provides its clients with access to the simulation software and a variety of associated tools, facilitation, train-the-trainer and support services. Why is our solution a true innovation? Prendo's pioneering AI-based simulations model the unpredictable human dynamics and ambiguous nature of leadership challenges and corresponding "no right answer" dilemmas. These highly realistic virtual environments allow participants to experience the challenges and practise the relevant skills, learning by doing and making mistakes but without incurring real-world costs.

When talking about "learning" it is very important to distinguish the different types of things we learn, especially the fundamental difference between "learning that..." and "learning how to..." (aka "know-that" vs "know-how"). Within the "learning how to" category, there are also important distinctions between explicit vs tacit skills and stable vs dynamic skills, and the different learning methods they therefore require: the matrix below maps some example skills onto this framework.
