Our successful pilot with Wolt proved that Port's e-hub model unlocks significant efficiency gains for courier partners and Wolt. On the back of these results, we are now expanding our collaboration with Wolt. Stay tuned for more updates! 🚀
Doing good in several ways. We are testing a new way for courier partners to deliver by e-bike in Warsaw. It does the environment a favor. It will provide faster deliveries, and it will make it easier for courier partners who want to contribute to a more sustainable solution. We’re excited to have kicked off an e-mobility pilot program in cooperation with Port and APCOA PARKING Holdings GmbH. 🚲 This pilot offers courier partners working with Wolt Poland the opportunity to use electric bicycles free of charge from Port.App’s hub in Warsaw, which is operated by APCOA, Europe’s leading car parking operator. The purpose of the pilot is to test the impacts on operational efficiency and courier partner satisfaction while promoting sustainable solutions. So far, the results are positive, as we have seen improvement across all metrics. For example: 💰 Courier partner earnings per hour increased by 10% ⏱️ Courier partner’s average delivery time decreased by 15% 🚲 Courier partners have completed almost 30% more tasks Wolt Poland’s General Manager, Agata Polityo, says "Looking for new possibilities to improve the quality of the partnership for couriers who cooperate with us is of strategic importance to us as it is an important element of building our competitive advantage. Above all, it's a factor that enables couriers to earn higher wages. Because they have access to efficient, modern vehicles, they can fulfill more orders.
