🎉 10 Years of Pivotal: A Decade of Growth, Learning, and Fun 🎉 What a milestone! Ten years ago, Pivotal London was just an idea—a huge leap into the unknown driven by ambition, hope, and some youthful overconfidence! A huge shout-out to my fellow co-founders, Chris Devlin and Justin Plowman, who have been with me every step of the way. Together, we’ve navigated challenges, celebrated wins, and built something truly special. Starting Pivotal wasn’t easy – we spent those first months working around the clock, with no salary, no money, making our first placements and wondering if it would ever work. But those long hours and late nights taught us how to hustle, resilience, patience, and the importance of trusting the process. In the past 10 years, we’ve had the privilege of helping over 2,000 people find their next role and partnering with hundreds of businesses to build teams that make a difference. From startups to industry giants, we’ve adapted, expanded, and evolved—constantly rethinking how we can add value to both candidates and clients. From executive search to Embedded projects and everything in between, Pivotal has grown into a trusted #Marketing, #Sales and #Tech recruitment partner. It’s been a ride full of highs and lows, but through it all, we’ve learned something valuable: success isn’t about avoiding the hard times, it’s about how you navigate them. One of my proudest achievements over these past 10 years is leading Pivotal to be a consistently profitable and sustainable business, regardless of what's been thrown at us. To all our clients, candidates, employees (current and former), advisors, friends, family, and, everyone who’s been part of this journey – thank you for believing in us and for making this milestone possible. We’re excited about what the future holds and can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings! Here’s to continued growth, success, and making a lasting impact in the world of recruitment. 🚀 #PivotalTurns10 #DecadeOfSuccess #RecruitmentJourney #Grateful #ExcitingFuture

Work Hard. Have Fun. Make History ………(but only from the office 5 days per week) Has the WFH bubble finally burst? Amazon is ordering staff back to the office five days a week as it ends its hybrid work policy but how will this impact their ability to retain and attract the bet talent? We recently ran a poll asking if people would apply for a role that required 5 days per week in the office and here at the results 📊 Poll Results: 📝 Only 4% out of 602 people said they would apply for 5 days. 🏢 67% said they need a hybrid option. 💻 12% would only consider remote work. ⚖️ 18% are open, but flexibility is key. Amazon’s employer brand is strong, but even they might struggle to retain and hire top talent with such a rigid policy. As work expectations continue to shift, flexibility isn’t just a perk anymore—it’s a necessity. Will Amazon end up with a mass exodus of key talent, or will their calculated gamble pay off? And will companies that mandate the same policy risk losing out in the race for talent? #flexibleworking #hybridworking #remoteworking
