This week we had the pleasure of hosting a breakfast event for recruitment leaders in the hospitality industry with Tech On Toast 🍞 We focused on how to turn hiring data into an actionable strategy with an awesome panel of Alex Dyer, Alev Ç., Tim Bathgate and Chris Fletcher. Here are just a few great insights that stood out to us: 1️⃣ Underinvesting in data impacts the whole business, whether through overspending, limiting growth plans, or failing to understand where you're losing out on top candidates. 2️⃣ Having data allows for informed decision-making, process streamlining, and efficiency. 3️⃣ User-friendly technology is crucial for the new generation of candidates and hiring managers. Ensure the tools that support your strategic plans are easy to use in between busy shifts. 4️⃣ Implementation is key. You wouldn’t launch a new menu without training your teams. The same goes for tech.
