''The Automotive Woman who inspires me is Paige Stacey because she serves as a role model for other women, and actively coaches and mentors fellow women to help them grow their own careers. She actively promotes and champions the industry and encourages more women to get involved. Paige is recognised by her team and colleagues in the dealership as someone that really inspires them. She serves as a very real role model to every woman in our organisation. A mother of 3 young children, and whilst in the business undertaken two periods of maternity leave, Paige has shown us all just what is possible when you channel with determination your positivity, commitment, enthusiasm and skills in this industry there is so much you can achieve. Paige actively promotes the business via social media, especially LinkedIn and further acts as a mentor for aspiring women in our business, providing advice, support and feedback to help their personal growth and professional development.
