📢 CALLING TECHNICAL DIRECTORS 📢 We are on the lookout for a Senior Technical Director to join our growing team, based at either our London or Cardiff studio, with the option for hybrid working available. As Senior Technical Director, you will be an Unreal Engine maestro, with confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving in the fast paced environment of VFX. Skills and experience we are looking out for: ▪ An understanding of both offline and realtime rendering pipelines. ▪ Experience authoring both runtime and in-editor tools for content creation. ▪ Experience working with nDisplay and developing ICVFX tools. ▪ Experience coding with Blueprints in Unreal (C desirable, but not necessary). ▪ Experience with Change Control Process pipelines involving Perforce/Plastic and Shotgrid. ▪ Understanding of Tools Design and Production Implementation. ▪ Able to run Diagnostics and Profiling for Optimization of Realtime ICVFX Environments. Personality is important to us! We’re looking for:    ▪ A self-starter, able to take direction, but also driven by experimentation and exploration of new tools, techniques, and workflows. ▪ An understanding that end-user usability testing and UX design are at the core of artist-friendly pipeline tools. ▪ A great communicator! We stretched our creative and technical limbs across the length of this Special, delivering these VFX shots of the drone's eerie journey along the Ghostship.
