Congratulations! What a great accomplishment Lacuna Space! Thank you for taking us along this pioneering journey for IoT! #LoRaWAN #IoT #deployableantennas #ESA #UKSA
🎉Congratulations to Lacuna Space on the successful completion of LacunaSat-2B's mission. We are delighted to have supported you on this major milestone! 🤝Initially developed through our Pioneer Partnership Projects programme, the satellite brought together partners Open Cosmos and Oxford Space Systems, based on the Harwell Science and Innovation Campus. 🌱Supporting the whole agricultural supply chain through financial savings and increased efficiency in land, water and fertiliser use is just one example of how the satellite encouraged a more sustainable Earth from space. 📚Discover more about the success story 👉 https://lnkd.in/e4XGvtNB #esa #europeanspaceagency #satellite #satellitecommunications #satcom #unitedkingdom #uk #agriculture #sustainable #earth #leo #milestone #workingtogether #harwellcampus #innovation #technology #collaboration #supplychain #europe #european

On Saturday Oxford Space Systems had the pleasure of supporting the Space Generation Advisory Council [UK] for the inaugural event in the UK at Airbus Stevenage. This was a fantastic event and great opportunity to continue to strengthen our ties with the UK space community, and engage with young enthusiastic professionals. Lucille Baudet and Robson Witts were on hand as supporting experts to the "Levelling Up the UK Space Economy" roundtable, where the key focus was to draft solutions for economic growth through space. Our very own Prabhpreet Singh Data , Mechanical Design Engineer, led the "Start-Up Ignition" roundtable. A wonderful opportunity to inspire participants to take their space tech ideas into the world of business pitches. We asked Prabhpreet what drives him to be involved and he had this to say: "At SGAC[UK] 2024, the amalgam of delegates from diverse backgrounds, including future space professionals and industry leaders, opens up outlooks which will drive the future space industry. This fosters an environment where innovative ideas and unique perspectives converge to create truly transformative experiences." Thank you to all involved , we're already looking forward to the next event! #SGAC #SpaceGeneration #EarlyCareers
