ACCOUNT MANAGER: Responsible for select key accounts within the business, the Account Manager will assume overall responsibility for the daily contact, maintenance, development & projects within each client account. Reporting directly to the Directors the Account Manager will ensure all active projects are managed in accordance of the scope, budget & success criteria whilst ensuring the daily operational requirements are handled and processed by the operations team. This is a hybrid role, predominantly working remotely from home or client sites with occasional visits to the office in South Wales. Based on a 40hr working week (Mon-Fri), the role provides some flexibility for the right minded individual. We are looking for a self-motivated and adaptable person to join the growing team. SCHEDULING ADMINISTRATOR At the heart of our operation is our engineering team of 30 engineers, all of which require their daily work planning and routing. As a key team member the Scheduling Administrator is responsible for ensuring our engineers are planned efficiently and effectively. Covering the whole of the UK the successful individual must have good geographical knowledge, excellent communication & telephony skills, able to work from their own initiative, possess excellent customer services skills and have that all important 'can-do' attitude. This is a remote role, predominantly working from home but there will be occasional requirements for visits to the office in South Wales for training and team collaboration. A driving license would be advantageous but not essential for this role providing you are willing to use public transport when required to attend the office. Sound like a job for you ?
