𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗟𝗜𝗣𝗦! 𝗦𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲. The UK's first #healthcare facility within a retail environment has been completed at the iconic Battersea Power Station, establishing a new standard in the field. Spanning 8,000 sq ft, the project involved the amalgamation and fit out of two adjacent units within the Grade II* listed development, resulting in a high-end, superior-quality private healthcare destination. This new #medical centre plays a crucial role in the social infrastructure, arising from the ongoing #regeneration of Nine Elms. It provides essential access to high-quality, personalised healthcare services for both existing and new #communities in a modern, distinctive setting. LIPS offers a comprehensive range of #clinical and #diagnostic services, including a boutique #pharmacy, general #consulting rooms, and dedicated #imaging suites. Andy Levy from the University of Cambridge's Estates Division won our rapid response game at the annual #AUDE conference back in April. Today we announced that the Group has delivered another record set of results in the first half, once again reflecting the high quality of its operations and the talent and commitment of our teams. Revenue was up 14% to £2.2bn, our profit before tax was up 17%, to £70.1m, and we have declared an interim dividend of 41.5 pence per share which is up 15%. In addition, the Group’s balance sheet remains strong with net cash of £351m. Following our strong trading performance in the first half, combined with the high-quality secured order book and visibility for the rest of the year, we now expect to deliver a result for the full year which is slightly ahead of our previous expectations.
