The panel discussed the ambitious mandates for the green transition and emphasized the importance of putting people at the heart of the energy transition. 📢 Groundbreaking new data reveals that U.S. oil and gas fields emit over 4 times more methane than estimated by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). MethaneAIR's comprehensive aerial measurements indicate a staggering 7.5 million metric tons of methane per year. That’s enough wasted gas to meet the annual energy needs of over half of U.S. homes. Last night, we attended Climate Connection's monthly event in London. It is a great event to meet other #climatetech entrepreneurs and investors in this space. 🫧🌱 We loved it because we were inspired by stories from other entrepreneurs such as Elissa Brunato, founder of Radiant Matter, Alexandra Bury about UNDO's carbon removal and Andrew Wordsworth, co-founder of Sustainable Ventures. After hearing his drive and the lessons learned from past failures, we feel proud and privileged to form part of Sustainable Ventures family and get the support from such experts.
