We worked with QTV, Zixi, Neutral Wireless and its innovative Private 5G Network to transmit the coverage of the Queen’s departure from Scotland to hundreds of millions of viewers. We provided staff and low-latency encoders and decoders to support the broadcast of this historic event. While the occasion was a time of national mourning, it was a privilege to demonstrate the best of what her engineers and researchers can achieve in such a short space of time. https://lnkd.in/eQJqmwqr #private5g #5g

Last week we said farewell to our last batch of tiny small form-factor decoders based on the slim Intel NUC. This product was revolutionary, providing the performance of a full-size rackmount decoder (with 10-bit 4:2:2 support) in the palm of your hand! We're still of course providing small form-factor encoders and decoders, just in a slightly larger unit that still fits in the palm of your hand. https://lnkd.in/eygGZfY

MSTV used our 5G Flyaway to deliver live coverage from a remote location in Kranj, Slovenia of FC Donetsk vs Hajduk to several TV stations over bonded 5G and Starlink. Powered by Zixi and AWS Elemental, an Amazon Web Services Company MediaConnect and MediaLive. Our 5G Flyaway solution is continuing to deliver live sports transmissions over bonded cellular and LEO without the limitations of backpack-style solutions. https://lnkd.in/gCrc5MnN #5g #broadcast #bonding #starlink

Our Indian partners LAMHAS SATELLITE SERVICES LTD have been busy building twenty small form-factor decoders to support the expansion of a global sports streaming service. The teams at Lamhas worked around the clock to get these built for a tight deadline. They are capable of decoding high bitrate 10-bit 4:2:2 feeds with 16-channels of audio and subtitle overlay. #dazn #india #lamhas #small #nuc #fast

Our partners Cerberus Tech Ltd built twenty-eight of our dual-channel C-100 decoders for a major sporting event this summer at short notice. The units allow up to four decode channels in a small form-factor. Cerberus' Livelink platform will be controlling and routing feeds between the decoders. Two of our four-channel, low-latency OBE C-100 decoders being built with our in-house developed SDI card. By using off-the-shelf hardware, we are able to optimise the form factor of the device. In this case it's a half-depth Asus server for locations that may not contain full-depth IT racks. https://www.obe.tv
