📣 The new Customer Service Centre is OPEN! 📣 Today saw the official opening of Oldham Council’s new Customer Service Centre in the heart of the Town Centre. It’s been a huge team effort to deliver the new space with thanks to colleagues across Property, ICT, Comms and of course our fantastic Customer Service teams. I couldn’t have been prouder to have been joined this morning by several members of the Oldham Poverty Action Network. We have worked together throughout the project to design a space that is warm, welcoming and visibly demonstrates our committment to work with a resident focus.
