We recently had the pleasure of embarking on a photography walk through Clerkenwell, led by the talented Alex Groom, a photographer with a passion for London's iconic architecture. The project's central objective was to craft a best-in-class working environment that seamlessly embodied our client’s business identity. Boultbee Brooks asked us to design a business lounge within Bristol’s Blok building. The on-site communal amenities were designed to enhance the property’s appeal, adding value to tenant wellbeing, helping to secure a Fitwel accreditation. Offering additional space for collaboration and socialising, the multifunctional area features versatile seating and meeting areas, to create a vibrant environment that fosters community and differentiates the property to maximise commercial potential. Last week some of our design team took an outing to the Serpentine Pavilion for a team social! The Serpentine Pavilion is an annual exhibition, inviting a renowned architect to showcase their talent in the UK.
