We’re thrilled to unveil our #OVGHospitality WNBA (Women's National Basketball Association) All-Star Leadership Team! 🌟 🏅  First up, meet Joe Freitas, our OVG Hospitality General Manager at the Footprint Center, with over 25 years of game-changing experience in the sports and entertainment industry. 🏆Next up, Otis Huemmer, PCIII our Senior Executive Chef, with 25 years in the industry and has led teams at Super Bowls, NBA Playoff games and many more. 🎤✨We’re also excited to introduce Sara Bracamonte with 25 years of experience in operations management at universities, hosting presidents on campus, and made her entertainment debut at a sold-out Justin Timberlake concert! 🌟🏅 Adding to the lineup, we have Michael Cansler bringing 35 years of industry expertise and a history of serving at two Super Bowls, the 2010 Winter Olympics, and more major events! 🌟👨🍳 Say hello to Calsey Tullie our talented Sous Chef, with 11 years in the culinary industry with experience providing food service for NBA Championships, major concerts and more. 🇺🇸👩🍳  And finally, we’re proud to introduce Lacey Sellers, the Team Sous Chef, with 18 years of experience in the industry. Last week, we brought together our Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) from across the country to celebrate at the Level Up event in Austin, Texas, held at the Moody Center ATX.     Level Up is a quarterly fireside chat where OVG executives share career-building successes and actionable tactics for leveling up a career.   Attendees learned about our ERGs, how to join them, and ways to get involved. We also heard from Moody Center and UBS Arena leaders Jeff Nickler, Casey Sparks and Eboni Wilson on the importance of culture within an organization and strategies to recruit and retain diverse talent.
