🌞 Přišlo léto a již tradičně jsme se ho rozhodli přivítat prostřednictvím letní party. Díky tomu jsme mohli strávit společně čas venku, mimo standartní pracovní prostředí. Akce se opět konala v Českém veslařském klubu na Brněnské přehradě, kde jsme si užili krásné letní počasí, které bylo ideální pro vodní aktivity. Mimo jiné nechybělo ani skvělé jídlo a pití, a mnoho dalších aktivit: jako veslování, paddleboarding, slackline, hospodský kvíz, akrojóga nebo malování. Velké poděkování patří našemu NPN týmu, který akci zorganizoval, a všem, kteří se zúčastnili. Věříme, že si to všichni naši zaměstnanci užili. ⛱ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 🌞 Summertime has arrived and we have decided to welcome it properly - by throwing a party. The party allowed us to spend time together outside of the office area and office hours. The event was held again in Czech Rowing club next Brno dam, and, thankfully, luck was on our side regarding the weather. Nice temperatures have been ideal for water activities. Great food and drinks were served, and our colleagues could participate in many activities: such as rowing, paddleboarding, slackline, pub quiz, acroyoga or painting. Pride Month v naší brněnské kanceláři v červnu 🌈 Gay pride nebo LGBTQ pride je propagace důstojnosti, rovnosti a zvýšené viditelnosti lesbických, gayů, bisexuálů a transgender lidí jako sociální skupiny. Pýcha, na rozdíl od hanby a společenského stigmatu, je převládajícím pohledem, který posiluje většinu hnutí za práva LGBTQ . Proč slavit Pride month? Pride Month připomíná roky boje za občanská práva a pokračující snahu o rovné právo podle zákona pro lesbickou, gay, bisexuální, transgender a queer komunitu, stejně jako úspěchy LGBTQ jednotlivců. V České republice byly přijaty dva zásadní zákony týkající se LGBTQ komunity (odstranění chirurgického požadavku na změnu pohlaví, více práv pro páry stejného pohlaví), ale ani s tím nejsou občanská práva komunity stále stejná. ---------------------------------------------------------- June Pride Month in our Brno office🌈 Gay pride or LGBTQ pride is the promotion of the self-affirmation, dignity, equality, and increased visibility of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender people as a social group. Pride, as opposed to shame and social stigma, is the predominant outlook that bolsters most LGBTQ rights movements. Why celebrate Pride month? Pride Month commemorates years of struggle for civil rights and the ongoing pursuit of equal justice under the law for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community, as well as the accomplishments of LGBTQ individuals. In Czech Republic two major laws regarding LGBTQ community have been passed (removal of surgery requirement for gender transition, more rights for same-sex couples), but even with that the community‘s civil rights are still not equal. #BeYou #PrideMonth
