Today we held the annual Stronger Together event for selected North West London Procurement Services suppliers, featuring special guests such as Jenny Greenshields, Louise Dobson, Lucinda Thomson, Ryan Geldart, Stephen Bloomer and Tom Wright. Suppliers were invited to explore the latest updates on our procurement strategy and five-year plan, engage in discussions about collaboration opportunities for mutual growth, and gain insights into how we are driving innovation to enhance patient care. It was very positive to hear that 96% of suppliers in attendance have carbon reduction plans, 90% said they will work with us to improve services for our patients, and the majority agreed to cost-save for the NHS and build more resilience for our service. Lots of great conversations about coming together to deliver collaborative advantage. To mark our two-year anniversary, we’re proud to share the North West London Procurement Services Annual Report 🏆 This year’s report highlights the notable achievements and milestones we’ve accomplished for our patients and local communities in North West London. Notably, our team delivered £15.4m annualised savings in FY23/24, exceeding the original business case CIP target and achieving our three-year business case target inside the first two years. This success is the result of the hard work from our remarkable staff, the confidence of our stakeholders, and the consistent support of the Shared Services Board. We look forward to building on this strong foundation as we continue our collaboration for the benefit of North West London.
