🌈 We're marking PRIDE in Norfolk this July! We're flying the rainbow flag at Norfolk County Council to mark the start of Norwich PRIDE on Saturday 27 July celebrating the LGBTQ community. Did you know that Norfolk County Council was the first organisation to take the Norwich Pride Pledge? Pledging that NCC will be a safe, welcoming, and friendly place for LGBT customers and staff. We ensure our staff are trained to understand the experiences of LGBT people and how to be a proactive ally, our LGBTQ Employee Network provides a welcoming, safe space for employees to connect with each other and to discuss their work-life experience while also offering a collective voice to the organisation on relevant workforce issues. 💬 Share your thoughts on Norfolk’s Recycling Centres. Our annual recycling centre survey is an opportunity for householders to provide us with feedback about our recycling centres. The survey runs each year to give us an ongoing picture of what is working well, what could be improved and how residents are using the household waste recycling centres. Even if you don’t use them, we want to hear from you so that we can understand why. The survey runs until 4 August 2024 and only takes five minutes to complete: https://lnkd.in/eukWr5iu
