Last week, the Noble Events team embarked on our much-anticipated annual away day, and this year, we hit the beautiful beaches of Weymouth! With its breathtaking coastline and vibrant seaside atmosphere, it was the perfect backdrop for a mix of fun and purpose. The day kicked off with a series of exciting team-building activities - but amidst the fun, we had a mission – to drive our commitment to environmental sustainability even further. 🌱💪 We introduced our green leadership exercise, benchmarking ourselves against 8 key environmental leadership criteria. This wasn’t just a one-time effort, but the start of a quarterly tradition aimed at tracking our progress and setting higher standards. Our 4 environmental goals for 2024 are ambitious, but we’re ready to meet the challenge head-on! One of our top priorities is to integrate sustainable options and carbon reporting into all client proposals. We’re also ensuring that every supplier we work with shares our commitment by providing their ESG goals before we partner with them. These steps are all part of our drive to achieve the prestigious ISO 201201 accreditation and be a leading light for sustainability in the industry.
