Ready, set, test! We're thrilled to announce that New Motion Labs first wear testing rig at our facility is up and running! After lots of hours and hard work of designing and assembling, our first of many rigs is now fully operational! Well done Josh Palmer, Isah Hassan, Gvidas Orlovas, Lucas Lobmeyer. These new wear rigs, thanks to Innovate UK funding, marks a significant step forward in our journey to both validate and enhance our sprocket technology enabling us to conduct internal wear and kinematic testing, driving innovation for the #motorcycle, #industry, and #cycle sectors. 📈The results are in 📈 The New Motion Labs engineering team have now completed the second phase validation test of Enduo Motorcycle at the University of Kaiserslautern (TU-KL) on their high speed rig, evaluating #vibration #efficiency and #chain and #sprocket performance. The testing was conducted using the #Enduo sprocket 16/48 ratio with a Daido Kogyo Co., Ltd. 520 chain. We are excited to announce that the Enduo Motorcycle sprockets passed their second validation test with an outstanding performance up to 4600 rpm, across 100-400Nm torque ranges, with clean chain engagement and disengagement at both sprockets.
