Another amazing benefit we offer our New Lookers, is the chance to opt in to our monthly Payday Lottery, and be in with the chance to win up to £1000! With the support our provider Sterling Lotteries, recently we’ve been able to increase the number of monthly prizes we offer and review our charity donations. We’re excited to share that from this month, monies raised via the Payday Lottery will be equally donated to the Retail Trust and the Fashion & Textile Children's Trust, two great charities that we partner with to support the wellbeing of our colleagues and their families. Not only does the Payday Lottery offer our colleagues the chance of winning a prize each month, but also allows them to support our amazing charity partners. Thank you to Retail Trust and Fashion & Textile Children’s Trust for our ongoing partnership and good luck to all our colleagues opted in to this exciting benefit! You’ve got to be in it to win it! #ThatNewLookFeeling

This week, Denise Brophy, Store Manager in Liffey Valley, met up with Ciara Coleman, from Vision Ireland, the new name for NCBI to provide a donation of surplus items, to support their amazing charity work. The products will go on to a chain of charity stores, supporting people with visual impairment or blindness, right across Ireland.   Ciara said “We’re thrilled about this collaboration with New Look. Together, we’re making feel-good fashion accessible while empowering individuals with sight loss to live independently. This partnership not only champions sustainable fashion but also supports Vision Ireland’s mission to provide vital services to the 296,000 people living with visual impairments or blindness in Ireland."   We’re so pleased to be supporting such an amazing cause! 😀 #ThatNewLookFeeling

Our Talent Development team is always working on exciting ways to bring learning to life at New Look. Recently, they've been recording a series of new podcasts, in conversation with experts from around the New Look community. The podcasts help bring learning to life, in an engaging and interactive way, covering a range of topics from sustainability to leadership techniques. 🎙   Our Talent Development Partner, Andy Heckman said "It's been really exciting recording our podcast series! We have so many great voices in New Look who are willing to share their experiences, including our guests so far Charlotte Collins, Nicky Bliss FCIPD and Sue Fairley. The stories and learnings they have been sharing will make a big difference to our colleague's development and we can't wait to share it with our New Lookers!"   Thanks to Andy and the whole team for their hard work and our New Lookers can catch all episodes on The Academy very soon! Not a New Looker? Look out for some exclusive clips dropping here in the coming weeks! 👀

Over the past few months, our Men’s Health & Wellbeing Allies have been exploring what support is available for our male colleagues and we’re pleased to say we are teaming up with the team at Check4Cancer Ltd to offer free PSA Prostate Cancer screening for male colleagues aged 40 within our business. 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime and it is the most common cancer in men across the UK, with more than 52,300 men diagnosed every year. There is currently no national NHS screening programme for prostate cancer, but screening can be vital in early detection, particularly as prostate cancer often has no symptoms in the early stages. Thank you to our People Experience Manager, Chantal Cooper, and our Men's Health & Wellbeing Allies for always supporting our colleague's health and wellbeing. #Check4Cancer
