🎉🎉 We’re delighted to announce that Navas is officially a Certified B-Corp !! 🎉 🎉 To be a part of the growing list of amazing companies across the planet, striving for positive change, is incredibly humbling. Reconnecting people and planet has been at the heart of what Navas is all about since we started. Our partnership with Eden Project in Cornwall ensures they receive 2% of our revenue. This directly funds their goals to demonstrate and inspire positive action for the planet, with ‘Respect, Protect & Repair’ being their 3 pillars of change. This also connects to all of us as a community - and what better way to bring B-Corp to the community than one drink at a time! We’d like to thank the amazing team at Future Shift - their knowledge around the application process is phenomenal and the platform they’ve created on Method Grid lays out tasks in a way which makes the route to submission a lot more manageable. NEW ACTS ANNOUNCED Alongside our giant 18 foot inflatable whale theatre, we’ve added some more great acts and partners to our Arts on the Beach 2024 line up. Retro-inspired Bathing Belles return to the sand for Saturday’s festivities, gather round and enjoy talks by Lobster Hatchery and Beach Guardian. Fuel up with Poppy's Paella or My Mum makes Thai ahead of our silent disco and watch the sun set with a Loveday Gin and Navas tonic. On Sunday, stand shoreside as Weapons of Sound take to the stage to close the festival. The weekend is all about celebrating the community, so we are looking forward to welcoming the Stephens Scown Community Choir, and watching as performers from Treviglas school take centre stage in collaboration with Wildworks theatre on a brand new piece. Light in sugar but full bodied, there’s a twist of lime allowing it to work beautifully as a mix or soft. Huge shout out to Loveday and Padstow Distilling for your influence on the taste and recipe. Also Kingdom & Sparrow for the artwork. We’d sold an impressive 45% of initial production in pre-orders - and so are making more pronto!! Don’t worry we’re on track 👀 We ran a cheeky collab with Southwestern Distillery (Tarquin’s Gin, Twin Fin Rum, Connie Glaze Vodka) - matching their wonderful sand filtered vodka with our eloquent soda …pleasure to work with you all 👍 We featured in the March Craft Gin Club alongside some truly amazing products including Sky Wave - The World’s Best Contemporary Gin 🍸 (thoroughly recommend you join the membership) We became celebs on #ITV when Alan Titchmarsh’s Love your weekends show paired our garden tonic paired with MOUNTS BAY DISTILLERY 📺 #Jenson’s Distillery independently scored us first 🥇 and second 🥈in a taste test vs 29 (yes twenty nine) other tonics. Introducting our new flavour THE "Classic Lemonade." We've gone traditional - but with a twist. IT'S LIGHTER AND HAS A ZEST OF LIME! You get the fresh, cathartic lemonade style but with a lightness that once again elevates, instead of overwhelms, the spirit you mix with. It complements our range beautifully offering a zestier alternative alongside our original and light tonic or more savoury rosemary and thyme garden tonic - allowing you to mix with choice. Not only from across the UK, but as far as Canada, the USA, Japan, Portugal and the Netherlands, too. 🌎 Hosting free live streams – filmed in the heart of the Rainforest Biome – has enabled us to reach students who may not get the chance to visit the Eden Project. We can connect on a much wider scale, educating the next generation about the planet and highlighting important plants that shape the world we live in.
