So from time to time, we take time out to say thank you and well done to one another. Last Thursday we all gathered together at our HQ in Harrogate to spend a few hours reflecting on a successful last 12 months, looking forward to the exciting year ahead and (best of all) celebrating the nominees and winners of our annual staff awards. It was a properly joyful event, with cheers, toasts, woops and both organised and disorganised fun. A special congratulations to Nicola Tyson, Bethany Willan and Charlotte Renshaw who deservedly topped the colleague votes. People-powered with rockets on.
