“We recognise that the world is changing and in many ways it has changed faster than the tax sector,” admits HMRC’s director of strategy communications Neil Martin. 🧮 HM Revenue & Customs is on a mission to humanise itself, releasing a humour-lead campaign that promotes its digital tools, including its app which is wants Brits to realise will make keeping their taxes in check much easier for them. 📱 Working alongside Pablo London and UNLIMITED, the team have developed the platform "You're On It" which they aim to run-and-run.
