✨ Company Conference 2024 ✨ Last week we held our first Company Conference for 2024. It was an incredible day which kicked off with presentations from our Leadership Team, providing the entire company with insights into the exciting plans we have in store for this year. We followed this with a very competitive game of Dragons' Den where teams invented new products for our iconic face mask range and pitched them to our very own dragons: 🐉 MD, mark hackwell 🐉 Head of Laboratory, David English 🐉 Head of Marketing, Lorien Lightfoot FCIM 🐉 Head of NPD, Kirstie Nimmo 🐉 Sales Director, Iain Lythall It was great to see so much passion and creativity going into these new products and who knows, you may even see some of these ideas on shelves later this year! Congratulations to the winners who created 'Purple Rain' and put together a fabulous launch plan for their product! #ilove7thheaven #2024vision

🎉 The Montagne Jeunesse Team would like to thank Joseph Tecson for his dedication and wish him well on his new journey. 🎉 Joseph joined us back in May 2004 and has dedicated nearly 20 years to the production of our beauty face masks.   Joseph always gave 100% to the business; he was always the reliable go-to guy who we depended on to keep those label machines running at full speed. He would train new team members and could turn his hand to anything, knowing every aspect of our production and warehouse area. Joseph is loved and respected by all who know him and we wish him well as he returns to the Philippines. There will be a big Joe-shaped hole in production at Montagne Jeunesse. Thank you and good luck Joe!

We're extremely proud to announce that our founder, Gregory Butcher, has been awarded an OBE for services to the economy and charitable work in Gibraltar. On receiving the award, Gregory said: “It’s an immense honour to receive this OBE. Thank you. Trying to be an entrepreneur has never been easy, but it has been an unforgettable journey. I can’t forget the challenges faced starting my first business and running my second one from my kitchen whilst at university; and the failures as well as the excitement and motivation that came with the occasional success. As the years have passed, I am grateful to my colleagues that these businesses have grown into large multi-national operations. The challenges continue, but I am also pleased to say that the motivation and excitement also burns bright. I am now also fortunate enough to have time to reflect and to focus an increasing amount of my time and resources on supporting important charitable initiatives, with a look to instilling positive change and meaningful development in these initiatives. Since arriving here over twenty years ago, Gibraltar has very much become my home and several years ago, I was very honoured to receive my “red card”. The palpable feeling of common purpose in Gibraltar, akin to something you would feel in a big family, is unique and is a real asset to us all. It has been in abundance throughout the COVID pandemic, and it is felt again when we together face the challenges of Gibexit. I am grateful for this honour, and I feel that it is something that is just as much a result of my colleagues, and the collective success for us all in Gibraltar, as it is for myself, personally.” The Montagne Jeunesse Team extend our heartfelt congratulations to Gregory on his momentous achievement.

🎅 THE 2023 MR X CHRISTMAS APPEAL 🎅 The Mr X Appeal is a charitable initiative which works with over 150 childcare agencies in the Neath, Port Talbot, Swansea, Bridgend, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Vale of Glamorgan, Carmarthenshire, and Cardiff areas. Now in its 64th year, we're proud to offer our continued support to the fabulous work Mr X does in our local area. Our elves have been working hard to gather gifts that will be distributed to children who may not otherwise receive a present this Christmas. Last year, with the support and generosity of the people of South/Southwest Wales, Mr X was able to support over 8,000 children with presents. We'd like to thank our staff who have given so generously once again this Christmas, and also the Mr X Appeal which makes such a difference to young people's lives. 🎅 🤶 🎄 ❄ ☃ #mrxappeal #christmas2023 #merrychristmas
