Mo uses a Healthcare Trust to pay for health cover… But what is a Healthcare Trust? 🤔 A Healthcare Trust is an alternative to Health Insurance that is transparent, fair, & not for profit🥳 It offers the best value to companies 🚀 Big businesses fund their healthcare using Healthcare Trusts, but it has never been available to small companies… until Mo 🫶 How it works? 🏢 Companies put money into the Trust for their team’s health. 👪 Members draw on the funds in the Trust to pay for healthcare. 🔒 A not-for-profit Trustee makes sure the Trust is managed effectively. (Surplus funds can not be taken as profit, they carry over to the next year to pay for healthcare) Mo is separate from the Trust (We're a Fintech) We provide the tools, tech, and team to support our members to access the healthcare they need. We take a flat subscription (like a SaaS) so you don't have to worry about premium hikes. We don't make money by refusing to pay claims.
