Modern slavery continues to plague UK businesses, as highlighted in a BBC article today 📰 Despite clear signs, a branch of McDonald's and a factory producing bread products for the UK's leading supermarkets failed to identify the exploitation of 16 victims over four years, underscoring the urgent need for vigilance, including in the supply chain.
