🏡 We value partnership 🌿 Cherry Orchard Gardens was buzzing with activity! Sarah Jones MP, MP for Croydon, paid a visit to witness the remarkable progress. Here are some snapshots of the green roofs, solar panels, and social enhancement directives in the public realm and pocket park.   Set on Cherry Orchard Road, the newly named Crescent Gardens provides a further 130 Shared Ownership and affordable rented apartments as part of the Menta masterplan. The scheme, which we think is one of the most architecturally pleasing as part of our group of Towers, was delivered by Sir Robert McAlpine as the main contractor, Make Architects as the concept, and 3DReid Ltd as the detailed architect and was successfully completed in 2023.   Latimer by Clarion Housing Group's partnership with Menta, ensured Morello's affordable housing element, offering a fantastic opportunity for local residents to step onto the property ladder in this thriving location. 🏗️ Milestone Moment: Topping Out at Morello II 🎉 In September 2022, we celebrated a significant milestone as we neared the topping-out ceremony at Morello II. Key individuals crafting and enabling Morello's journey include Alison Fyfe, Helen McKenzie, Dr Ken Shuttleworth, Heather Cheesbrough, Hector McAlpine and Jason Perry, who all played important roles in shaping the development's success.    A special acknowledgement goes to the wider delivery team, whose pivotal roles were instrumental in bringing the scheme to the topping-out stage. Their dedication and collaboration were integral to our success.   Craig Marks, CEO, expressed, "It is with great delight that we have reached the topping out of a further two towers for Croydon. It is a credit to our team and Sir Robert McAlpine, with all the issues that COVID, Brexit, and the recent Ukraine war to manage, to have achieved this final phase milestone, which I believe illustrates what can be achieved when a blue-chip set of delivery partners are brought together.
