Easement Solutions Ltd (ESL) acts on behalf of companies operating in the utility sector, to provide efficient and effective project management, alongside expert advice in all matters relating to the negotiation and acquisition of easements, wayleaves, and land rights for gas and electricity infrastructure connections. They chose Meningitis Now as their Charity of The Year, following the tragic death of 10-month-old baby Teddy, who died from meningitis in October 2023. Easement Solutions are determined to raise vital awareness of meningitis and much needed funds to support Meningitis Now, in Teddy’s memory. We are delighted to welcome the Easement Solutions team on board as our newest corporate partner and look forward to delivering lots of exciting plans together throughout 2024. Special thanks to Mark Devlin

A huge congratulations to the Walk for Lloyd team for winning the Pride of Cumbria Award. The team have taken on the challenge of scaling the 214 Wainwrights. They’re all in the Lake District National Park in Cumbria and cover a wide range of heights. The group of family and friends are doing this challenge in tribute to Lloyd Sutton, who sadly died last October from bacterial meningitis, aged just 18. We loved our Midsummer Party at the Mall Galleries / Federation of British Artists in London last night. We raised more than £18,000 at the event. Thank you to everyone who supported the evening! What a wonderful setting with over 450 pieces of art on display and stories of meningitis experiences from two young women who have been part of our Believe & Achieve programme. Chief Executive of Meningitis Now Dr Tom Nutt said, “What a moving and fun evening it was last night! Huge thanks to the The Society of Women Artists for allowing us to hold our Midsummer Party at their brilliant annual exhibition and thank you to all our wonderful guests who made the evening so special.” “Particular thanks go to Irwin Mitchell for sponsoring the event – we hugely value your support. And thank you to the artists who donated art for the auction and raffle, to Irwin Mitchell, Adlington Ltd, Fays Flowers and Cook who all gave items for the raffle. Your support is invaluable.” Special thanks to Helen Sinclair and Rachel Parker, President and Vice President of The Society of Women Artists. Fays Flowers Ltd Ian Matthews Lottie Coakley Carol Neal
