A new sport-based well-being programme has been launched at our office in Voisins-le-Bretonneux, France, in collaboration with Keepfitatwork. Recently, Keepfitatwork coaches brought a wave of energy to our teams on-site, offering employees the chance to try out dancing, yoga, and boxing. Over the next few months, there will be weekly classes to help everyone to keep moving. But it doesn't stop there! We've also launched open running and walking sessions, which are perfect for anyone who wants to get involved—regardless of their fitness level. At Medline, we believe that incorporating sports into our daily routines can contribute significantly to our collective mental health and overall well-being. In Slovakia, a local art studio and a group of primary school-aged children collaborated to create artworks inspired by Medline. To celebrate their work and creativity, we’ve created a small exhibition at Medline Slovakia Assembly. The children will be able to see their masterpieces on display and feel our appreciation. These pieces will remain in place, allowing staff and visitors to experience the stories in the pieces. Thank you to all the young artists who brought our company to life through their eyes! Medline #ESG Update … This year, our environmental, social and governance (ESG) team (Oliver Watts, Carolina Costa, Yilei Li) launched an internal training programme, aimed at creating more sustainable products and solutions across the business. Teams from exam gloves, personal protection, textiles & environmental services (EVS), and personal care divisions were invited to participate in the first ESG Engagement Exercise earlier this week. Our headquarters in Arnhem facilitated this training, setting the foundation for further discussions and developments.
