What a successful PPP looks like: - Price 💲 - Speed ⏩ - Reliability ✅ - Social benefits 2. How more PPPs can be delivered: - Good process - Realistic qualifications - Capacity - Avoid combining small projects ❎ 3. Bilateral PPPs: - Faster but higher price 📈 - Room for them, but care needed - Depends on sector maturity - Lenders may prefer bilaterals - Higher tariffs, potentially better projects 💹 - Direct awards can lose competitive advantages 💡 4.
