Identify and document critical data elements.  - Define data quality rules and standards.  - Capture the lineage and end-to-end data flow from core systems to enterprise data warehouse.  - Define standards for data pipeline scheduling and monitoring.  - Work with data engineers and source system experts to set principles for data flow.  - Provide technical recommendations throughout the solution lifecycle.  - Develop high-performing and scalable data pipelines.  - Understand data domains and source-to-target mapping.  - Build and maintain canonical data models for standardized data exchange.  - Introduce new business capabilities adhering to reference architecture and principles.  - Identify and introduce new technology solutions aligned with architecture principles.  - Manage non-standard solutions to meet immediate business needs while minimizing disruption to overall architecture.  - Manage data technology solutions and integrations for over 120 business applications.  - Lead and develop more than 30 data engineers across batch data engineering. Experience:  - 5 years in information technology, with 2 years in data architecture.  - Extensive experience in banking and financial services domain.  - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field.  - Architecture certifications such as TOGAF or equivalent. Technical Skills:  - Expertise in Data Architecture, Data Strategy, and Roadmap.  - Experience in Data Warehousing, Big Data approaches, and risk management.  - Proficiency in DW Dimensional modeling, cloud-native designs, CI/CD environments, DataMesh, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Metadata Management.  - Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks (e.g., Informatica, Hadoop, Spark) and related open-source software (e.g., Java, Python).  - Exposure to BI tools (e.g., MS PowerBI, Tableau).
